Infants: 6 weeks – approximately 12 months old

Our Infant Program offers care to babies 6 weeks through 12 months old. In the Infant program, our teachers provide your baby with all the love and care they need, as well as opportunities to begin exploring the world around them. Our goal is to make your baby feel secure and enhance the learning that takes place in the first year. This includes practicing tummy time, rolling over, sitting up, pulling up and eventually walking. Throughout the day we will read books, sing songs and offer a variety of age-appropriate toys. As they start being more independent and moving around more on their own, during the spring and summer we have outside play, weather permitting. We play an array of nursery rhyme music as well as music from different cultures to incorporate diversity in the classroom.

Toddlers: 1 year – 2 ½ years old

The Toddler Program is split into 2 groups which include our Waddler Program and Toddler Program. As toddlers are rapidly developing both physically and cognitively, the Toddler classroom is where their natural curiosity is encouraged, and their language and communication skills are nurtured. Our program provides a hands-on curriculum that includes small group time, circle time, outside play, free choice play and theme based arts and crafts activities. Basic cognitive skills are incorporated throughout the day. Our main focus is language and social/emotional development. It is practiced all day; expanding the children's vocabulary, their ability to communicate, play with peers, and follow the teacher's instruction.

Young Preschool: 2 ½ - 3 years old

The Young Preschool classroom is a purposeful year of preschool prep. Children in the this classroom are strengthening their self-care skills, growing in their independence and enhancing the skills they need to be successful in a preschool classroom.

Children in this classroom continue to build skills necessary for handwriting and drawing with increased intentionality, learn foundational math concepts and build strong vocabularies. We offer a hands-on approach with the understanding that children can learn through play.

Preschool: 3 years old (by September 1) – 4 years old

Our Preschool classroom recognizes that classes are made up of many unique children and teachers work to create engaging, innovative, play-based lessons with the interests and needs of every child in mind. Our goal is to take your child's natural curiosity and build a love of learning.

When children want to know something, they learn faster, and learning becomes an understanding that lasts a lifetime. In our preschool classroom, children start their journeys into a cooperative learning environment where they can discover interests and learn in a more structured setting. At the end of the Preschool year, we hope that each child fells like a confident learner, with an “I can do it” attitude.
